Resellers who want fast, affordable, quality wholesale secondhand clothing. Whether you have a secondhand clothing store or you're selling on Depop, Whatnot, Poshmark, or in-person at markets, we ship what sells.

We source directly from the country's largest textile recyclers and rag houses. Every item is sorted and graded by our team in the U.S.

You get a random mix of vintage or secondhand clothing in the category you ordered (tees, jeans, sweatshirts, etc.). Each box is hand-sorted by real people with resellers' needs in mind.

You can choose your main category — like Tees, Sweatshirts, Denim, Shirts, or Jackets — and within that, we offer a wide range of popular styles such as Harley, Nascar, Pro Sports, Branded, and tons more.

Each order includes a random mix of styles from within that category, hand-sorted by our team to match what resellers want.

You cannot choose individual pieces or exact sizes; we sell wholesale, but:

• You may leave a note at checkout (e.g., “prefer more black than white” or “i love flashy graphics”)
  
• Our team will try to accommodate your request if possible, but we can’t guarantee specific picks
  

This is what keeps prices low and turnaround fast for resellers across the country.

Most orders include up to 15% Grade B items, this is normal in secondhand resale. That means items may have minor stains, holes, pilling, fading, etc. You’ll also find some steals.

All wholesale comes in mixed adult sizes (unless specified otherwise). You'll get a mix of S-2XL+ with a smaller percentage of plus size and XSM.

Most of these items are made initially for men but are worn unisex today.

• Grade A: Gently used. No major flaws. Clean and ready to sell.
  
• Grade B: Visible wear like small holes, stains, or fading.
  
• Grade C: Heavy wear — best for upcycling, rework, or as filler.
  

Unless otherwise noted, most of our packs are a mix of mostly Grade A with some Grade B.

We usually ship orders in 24 hours, Monday-Friday. Everything ships from Florida.

U.S. Orders: 3–5 business days via UPS
International: 7–14 days via FedEx
Tracking is emailed once your order leaves our facility.

Shipping is free within the continental US for orders over $200. International shipping is calculated in checkout.

No. We keep prices low by shipping items unlaundered, just like any other secondhand wholesaler. We recommend washing before resale or wear.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns based on subjective style, fit, or condition. If we sent you an incorrect mix, email help@thriftvintagefashion.com within 72 hours with photos.

If your order arrives with the wrong category or a significantly higher % of damaged items, email help@thriftvintagefashion.com within 72 hours with photos. We’ll make it right.

If your order hasn't shipped yet, you can attempt to cancel. If we have already packed your order, a 10% restocking fee applies. After that, your order may already be processed and shipped.

Absolutely, that’s the whole point. We don’t cherry-pick. Every reseller has a shot at scoring value. Your margin depends on how you price, platform, and market your pieces.
