We source directly from donation centers (like Goodwill and Salvation Army) and other secondhand streams. Every item is sorted and graded by our team in the U.S.

You get a random mix of vintage or secondhand clothing in the category you ordered (tees, jeans, sweatshirts, etc.). Each box is hand-sorted by real people with reseller needs in mind — not bulk dump pallets.

No. Boxes are randomized by category, not custom-picked. That’s what keeps pricing low and fair. For example, if you order 10 t-shirts, you’ll get 10 mixed vintage tees (some single stitch, some Y2K, some branded, etc.).

Most orders include up to 15% Grade B items — this is normal in secondhand resale. That means items may have minor stains, holes, pilling, fading, etc. You’ll also find some steals.
